Denisse Goldfarb is one of Latin America’s most recognized voices on the future of work, organizational culture, and human capital in the digital age. A psychologist turned C-suite executive turned entrepreneur, she has spent more than two decades at the intersection of people strategy and digital transformation — building cultures that perform at scale inside some of the world’s most demanding organizations, and now helping leaders across four continents do the same.
Future of work speaker Denisse Goldfarb built her executive career as Chief People Officer at Microsoft Chile and Walmart Chile, where she led culture and digital transformation initiatives reaching more than 50,000 employees across the retail, technology, and consumer sectors. Her work at both organizations earned her recognition as one of the Top 100 HR Influencers in Latin America and, in 2022, Best Executive of the Year — awarded jointly by Diario Financiero and Mujeres Empresarias, two of Chile’s most respected business institutions. She is also an alumna of the Executive Program at Singularity University in Silicon Valley, which sharpened her perspective on exponential technologies and their human implications.
In 2016, she founded The People Future, a consultancy dedicated to organizational transformation through people development, helping companies across Latin America, Europe, and beyond rethink talent strategy, leadership models, and cultural readiness for an AI-driven economy. She is the author of Con100te de mi Futuro — a practical roadmap for career development in the digital era that has resonated widely across Latin America — and a LinkedIn Top Voice and official LinkedIn Learning instructor with more than 200,000 students enrolled in her courses.
Goldfarb has delivered keynotes at more than 300 events across four continents, including stages at APEC, Singularity University Summit Chile, and America Digital, among others. She has served as a TEDx speaker, a human capital advisor to Mobile World Capital Barcelona and the European Innovation Council, and a mentor at StartUpChile and WoomUp, where she focuses on women’s career development and entrepreneurship. She is also a professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where she teaches the next generation of business leaders.
As a speaker, Denisse Goldfarb offers something rare in the human capital space: the credibility of a former Fortune 500 CPO who has actually led transformation inside major corporations, combined with the practitioner’s insight of someone who has since worked with hundreds of organizations as an outside advisor. Her keynotes are direct, evidence-based, and immediately actionable — focused on the real decisions leaders must make about talent, culture, AI adoption, and workforce readiness in a world where the rules of work are being rewritten at speed. Audiences leave not with theory but with a concrete framework they can apply the following Monday.
Technology, demographics, and generational shifts are rewriting the rules of work faster than most organizations can adapt. In this keynote, Goldfarb draws on her experience as CPO at Microsoft and Walmart and her work with hundreds of organizations to map what has actually changed in how we attract, develop, and retain talent — and what leaders must do differently to build workplaces that perform in the decade ahead. Practical, grounded in real cases, and immediately applicable. Attendees leave with tools to assess their organization's future readiness and a clear action plan.
Generative AI is not just changing what work gets done — it is changing who does it, how teams are structured, and what leadership looks like. Goldfarb helps senior leaders move from anxiety to clarity: what AI actually means for their workforce, which capabilities become more valuable and which become obsolete, and how to build a culture of continuous learning that keeps human talent relevant and engaged. A session for organizations serious about AI adoption that doesn't want to lose its people in the process.
Most digital transformation efforts fail not because of technology but because of culture. Goldfarb's keynote on organizational culture cuts through the buzzwords to address the real levers of cultural change — leadership behavior, psychological safety, talent development systems, and the structures that either enable or block transformation. Drawing on her work inside Fortune 500 environments and her consulting practice across Latin America and Europe, she gives leaders a practical model for building the kind of culture where change is embraced rather than resisted.
Based on her bestselling book, this keynote is a roadmap for professionals and teams navigating the most disruptive career environment in a generation. Goldfarb introduces her CAM formula — Career, Learning, and Personal Brand — and challenges audiences to move from reactive to proactive in managing their professional futures. Ideal for companies investing in employee development, high-potential programs, or culture initiatives focused on growth mindset and adaptability. A session that combines inspiration with concrete tools attendees can apply immediately.
